Our Services
JD Voiceover provides professional voiceover recording services, including but not limited to real estate voiceovers, corporate narration, explainer video voiceovers, and e-learning narration.
Service details, pricing, turnaround times, and deliverable formats are agreed upon individually for each project. All project terms are confirmed in writing (email or WhatsApp) before work commences.
We reserve the right to decline any project at our discretion, including work that conflicts with our values or quality standards.
Intellectual Property
Site content: All content on this Site — including text, design, images, and code — is the property of James Dsouza / JD Voiceover and is protected by applicable copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any Site content without prior written permission.
Voiceover recordings: Upon receipt of full payment for a commissioned project, the client receives a licence to use the delivered recording for the agreed purpose. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, JD Voiceover retains the right to use delivered recordings as portfolio or demo samples.
Scripts provided by clients remain the intellectual property of the client. By submitting a script, you confirm that you have the right to use and reproduce the content therein.
Site Content & Blog
The blog and editorial content on this Site is provided for informational and educational purposes only. While we make every effort to ensure accuracy, we make no warranties regarding the completeness, accuracy, or currency of information published.

Payments, Revisions & Cancellations
Payments: Payment terms are confirmed individually per project. We typically require payment prior to delivery of final files. Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of quotation.
Revisions: Each project includes one round of revisions at no additional charge, provided the revision request falls within the original agreed brief. Additional revision rounds may be charged separately.
Cancellations: If a project is cancelled after recording has commenced, a partial fee may apply to cover work completed. This will be agreed on a case-by-case basis.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, JD Voiceover shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our services.
Our total liability for any claim arising from a specific project shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for that project.
We do not guarantee that the Site will be available at all times or free from errors, and we accept no liability for any downtime or technical issues.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
