I am a professional English voiceover artist with over a decade of experience, driven by a lifelong fascination with voice, communication, and storytelling.
My journey with the voice began much earlier than the studio — during my college days, where I was actively involved in emceeing events and hosting programmes. Being on stage, holding an audience’s attention, and shaping energy through voice came naturally to me, even then.
Later, while working as a Cabin Manager with a leading airline in India, voice became an essential part of my everyday role. Clear, confident, and reassuring in-flight announcements were not just a responsibility, but something I took pride in. It was during this phase that a passenger once complimented me specifically on my announcements — a moment that made me pause and realise that my voice had the potential to go beyond routine communication.
That moment became a turning point.
Motivated to explore this path seriously, I began investing time and effort into training my voice professionally. I attended intensive workshops focused on voice technique, delivery, and performance, eventually enrolling in a month-long, in-depth voice training programme at Sound & Vision India, Mumbai.
The workshop was conducted under the guidance of Mona Ghosh Shetty, known for dubbing foreign roles into Hindi, she also performs extensively in English and Bengali. She runs the professional dubbing studio Sound & Vision India, located in Andheri, Mumbai, where artists are trained with strong emphasis on discipline, clarity, and studio readiness.
This structured training helped me refine my voice, understand microphone technique, pacing, tonal control, and the demands of real-world voiceover work.
Today, I work as a studio-ready English voiceover artist, delivering clear, neutral-accent voiceovers for commercials, corporate films, real estate promotions, explainers, and branded content. I continue to approach every project with curiosity, commitment, and respect for the craft — and I’m excited to keep growing in this journey.
